These tools are designed to move SBS-footprint plates around a workcell, place and remove them from stacks and other devices, such as liquid handlers, readers, incubators, etc.

Hudson's VaryVacTM robotically-controlled vacuum nest for filter plates has a unique combination of automated lid opening and sealing, precise closed-loop control of programmable vacuum levels, as well as, an on-board computer that controls and monitors vacuum ramp-up, hold level, and ramp down.

RSH-4000 Microplate SealerHudson's RSH-4000™ Adhesive Plate Sealer is the solution for high throughput automated microplate sealing. It is the only microplate sealer with an integrated, in-line plate stacker and delivery system. It offers long walkaway times, as well as direct integration to ELISA and cell-based systems. Provided with a wide selection of sealing materials, including aluminum foil, polyethylene, clear and gas-permeable, the RSH-4000 is ready made for automated workcells.

Barcode Print & ApplyA high performance, high capacity solution for bar code labeling of microplates. The workcell consists of an automated microplate nest, 600 dpi Label Applicator and a Hudson PlateCrane microplate handling robot.
