Lab Automation 2008 was Outstanding!

Hudson revealed our new exhibit booth along with 2007's major new product introductions: the SOLO pipettor and the AutoReact Mini-Bioreactor system. Also featured at the booth was our RapidPick high-speed colony picking system, Hudson's automation of Gauava Technologies' EasyCyte cytometer with the PlateCrane, the unique nano25 nanoliter pipetting robot, plus a high-throughput replication and reagent dispensing workcell.

Hudson's new 20ft. x 20ft. exhibit space was well-received by attendees, judging by the large volume of visitors who stopped by to talk or pick up information. The theme of our display was the versatility and modularity of our automation technologies, from the powerful SoftLinx workcell scheduling software to the industry-standard PlateCrane EX microplate-handling robot arm.

The AutoReact Mini-Bioreactor innovation was featured in one of the "Late Night with LRIG" rapid-fire presentation session held Monday night during the conference in the Wyndam Hotel. This presentation stimulated several conference attendees to visit the booth on Tuesday to discuss their needs for cell growth optimization testing.
